Our team at J. Williams Industrial Group had the honor of participating in the annual Callahan Christmas Parade, a beloved tradition that brings families, neighbors, and local businesses together to celebrate the season. This year’s parade theme encouraged everyone to “Come home for Christmas any way you can,” and our team embraced that message with imagination, craftsmanship, and heart.
We’re proud to share that our float Operation Holiday Lift-Off was recognized with the 1st Place Theme Award, an honor that means the world to us. But more important than the win was the opportunity to stand alongside our community, wave to familiar faces, and contribute to a tradition that brings joy to so many.
A Team Effort Fueled by Creativity & Dedication
Our float was more than a parade entry; it was a labor of love. Employees from across the company volunteered their time, ideas, and hands-on skills to bring the concept to life. From designing the helicopter sleigh and rocket elements to wiring lights, painting details, and assembling props, the project was only possible because of the incredible teamwork that defines JWI.
The late nights, problem-solving, and bursts of creativity showcased our team’s spirit in a whole new way. We could not be more thankful for every person who contributed, whether they picked up a paintbrush, ran a drill, or helped make sure everything rolled safely down US-1.
